  I and my wife have been regular customers at your laboratory since last many years for blood testing and many other tests. What I found during the visits that the franchise owner and the staff have been very co-operative and exhibit positive attitude. Ms Anuradha has always been a wonderful person with a nice welcome smile and has always shown that she is helpful. She never gets irritated with my barrage of questions and has replied patiently and given satisfactory answers. An immediate reply and response on what's app and email is always excercised by Ms. Anuradha. She is running this laboratory in a professional way. Ms Sarika is another staff who has given an extra care and has drawn my blood very smoothly and without pain. She is a great person also with welcome smile and positive approach. After drawing blood, putting the cotton swab and then sticking the tape regularly has always been a wonderful experience at the hands of Ms Sarika. In the absence of Ms Anuradha she handles the laboratory with equal ease and with professional approach. The reports given are timely and handed over with love in an envelope. They never hide the discount and they give whatever is due for senior citizens. To conclude, I would express my overall satisfaction and will not hesitate to recommend this laboratory for such tests. ...
