Pinakin Shah is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Metropolis Healthcare Limited. A technology and business leader with deep experience across digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and customer experience innovation, he brings a strong track record of enabling organisations to scale through strategic, future-ready technology capabilities.
Before joining Metropolis, Pinakin served as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Hi-Care, where he led digital strategy, platform modernisation, and data-driven transformation initiatives. He also has entrepreneurial experience, further strengthening his ability to blend strategic thinking with agile execution and operational discipline.
At Metropolis, Pinakin leads the company’s IT strategy and digital roadmap with a focus on modernising core systems, strengthening cybersecurity and information governance, enhancing analytics and cloud capabilities, and enabling seamless, end-to-end digital experiences across customer and operational touchpoints. His leadership plays a pivotal role in accelerating innovation, strengthening organisational resilience, and supporting Metropolis’ transformation into a future-ready, patient-centric healthcare enterprise. He is passionate about leveraging technology as a catalyst for business growth, operational excellence, and meaningful customer impact.
