With over 22 years of expertise in service excellence, operations, and relationship management, he has been instrumental in shaping strategies that place customers at the heart of business growth and transformation.
Glen oversees a wide spectrum of functions, including domestic and international Patient Service Centres (PSCs), Home Visit Operations, Logistics, Debtor Management, and the Partner Ecosystem. He champions initiatives that seamlessly combine technology, empathy, and operational precision, setting new benchmarks for service quality in diagnostics.
Before joining Metropolis, Glen had a successful tenure at Bharti Airtel Limited, where he led Customer Service for Emerging Business and Collections. He managed large teams and delivered high-impact results across diverse customer segments.
At Metropolis, Glen drives a culture of proactive engagement by integrating innovation, empathy, and data-driven insights. Under his leadership, the Customer Success team works to build confidence, strengthen loyalty, and create long-term partnerships that enhance customer experience across the country.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Operations and Project Management.
