Common side effects include heartburn and rash. It also creates gastrointestinal bleeding. Higher doses of Ibuprofen can cause heart attack too. It worsens asthma. In later stages of Pregnancy, Ibuprofen is harmful and therefore not recommended. It is also not recommended to a person suffering from the Chicken pox.

Positive: >= 0.35 IU/ml
Detection of IgE antibodies indicates an increased likelihood of allergy to Ibuprofen (Pain killer) drug that may be responsible for eliciting signs and symptoms. A negative result indicates that the symptoms are not due to Ibuprofen (Pain killer) drug allergies and other differential diagnoses must be considered.
