White Flour or popularly known as MAIDA in India is basically wheat flour that is refined and chemically bleached. During the refining processes, the wheat flour is stripped of precious fibre, B Vitamins and Iron.

In India especially in Tamil Nadu state consuming huge amount of white flours,making parotta, bakery products and other food products, most of the people didn’t know about maida side facts ,In 1930s America using maida as a poster pasting process only,and during in second world war maida used by us force for horse ,,,alloxan is inducing diabetic agent and it also using for maida, dioxide is also using for bleaching agent,,it is not good for human health …
