The Leukaemia Panel - AML Mutation test detects mutations in the FLT3, NPM1, and CEBPA genes.

• To assess the risk stratification of patients with newly diagnosed cytogenetically normal acute myelogenous leukaemia (CN-AML) • To guide treatment decisions based on the specific mutations present • To aid in prognosis determination for better patient management

• Leukaemia Panel - AML Mutation is recommended for patients with newly diagnosed CN-AML. • The test is suitable for individuals with symptoms suggestive of AML or those who require an accurate prognosis for appropriate management.

Abnormal results of the Leukaemia Panel - AML Mutation may indicate the presence of specific gene mutations associated with AML.

During the test, a small amount of blood will be drawn from a vein in your arm. The blood sample will be sent to the laboratory for analysis.
