CD7 IHC

The CD7 IHC test measures the presence of CD7 protein on the surface of cells. CD7 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that plays a role in T cell activation, signaling, and adhesion. When T cells become cancerous, they often continue to express CD7 protein.
