Is your Laboratory accredited?

Yes our laboratory is accredited by the NABL (National Accreditation Board of Testing and Calibration of Laboratories) India & College of American Pathologists (CAP). This accreditation process is carried out every 2 years for NABL & annually for CAP with periodic internal audits carried out twice in a year. All our aforementioned tests are accredited by NABL & CAP.

How does home sample collection work?

Sample collection from Home is done by our highly trained team of Phlebotomists who visit your home at a time convenient for you. Our qualified phlebotomists always ensure the highest safety standards for blood sample collection from home. To book a blood test at home, simply call on 8422-801-801 or by submitting your details in the above form.

Can I reschedule my full body health check-up/diagnostic screening appointment?

You can reschedule your health checkup at home/diagnostic screening appointment by calling our customer care helpline 8422-801-801 at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.

How long will it take for me to receive the reports?

Reports will be delivered on your registered email id with a TAT (Turnaround time) of 24 hours.

How can I receive my reports on email again?

You can download your blood test reports online by visiting our website www.metropolisindia.com and clicking on the download report tab. Ensure to keep your Visit ID (VID) handy in order to access the report.

What should I do if I do not get my reports on email?

We regret the inconvenience caused. While we look into the same, you may also download your blood test reports by visiting our website www.metropolisindia.comand clicking on the download report tab. Ensure to keep your Visit ID (VID) handy in order to access the report.

Is home blood collection service free of charge?

Yes, you don’t need to pay any additional charges for the tests worth Rs.1500 or more.

No, home collection charges will be applicable additionally for all test and health packages.

What is the timing for blood collection from home?

We collect samples from home between 7 AM to 11 PM (in Mumbai) and 7 AM to 9 PM in other cities. we offer Blood collection service on Sunday’s as well.

What instructions should I follow for my blood test at home?

Please make sure that you follow the testing requirements of 10-12 hours of fasting, if required or as suggested by your physician.
