Metropolis Health Services (SA) is a joint venture between Metropolis Health Services (India) Ltd and various local partners.

Metropolis SA provides clinical laboratory infrastructure and support services to locally registered clinical pathology practices. 

Two laboratories are currently in operation, located in South Africa’s two premier business centres - Century City, Cape Town and Sandton, Gauteng.

Future laboratories are planned for other major cities.
