Lister Metropolis Laboratory, a division of Metropolis Healthcare Limited has upgraded its presence in Salem.  It was started as a collection centre in the year 2006 and the market demand; has made us set up a laboratory here. The lab will provide referral services to existing hospital labs and standalone labs in Salem as well as a full menu of comprehensive laboratory testing solutions to the people of Salem who may choose to walk-in directly. Value added services like home lab services, web-reporting, SMS report alerts, subsidized comprehensive as well as disorder-specific preventive health packages are also available. 

With all these facilities there will be an improvement in the Turnaround Time of the Reports and Results.  Critical alerts wherever applicable will be given to Doctors and Consultants. All other facilities as in other Metropolis Centers will be available in short time. The lab is under the supervision of Dr. Rekha who is an M.D in Pathology from SRMC Chennai with very impressive academic records.

Lister Metropolis Laboratory also has the facility of providing sample collection from residences through the Home Health Services Department. The facility was started for Senior Citizens and busy executives who wish to have their samples collected in the convenience of their homes.
