FAQs

Why is there a need for a company health check-up?

Stress and general negligence are a part of daily life and, more so of, the fast-paced corporate life. Rife with punishing schedules and hectic lifestyles, little time and effort actually go into the pursuit of good health and its maintenance.

PACE is a customized company health-check up programme designed to assess and monitor the health status of executives while advising preventive health measures

How frequently do these tests need to be done?

For executives between 30 and 40 years of age, PACE tests are recommended every alternate year. Whereas for executives above 40 years of age, PACE tests are recommended every successive year. Some tests may be required at more frequent intervals and may depend on the results of additional tests. For instance, Low Hb with microcytic hypochromic picture may require additional tests – Serum Iron, TIBC with or without Hb electrophoresis.

Drug of Abuse

Employee Drug Addiction & Pre Employment Drug Testing
Employers entrust their workers with a vast array of responsibilities in their businesses. Many employers feel it is necessary for prospective employees to submit to a pre-employment drug screening. This is especially true in corporated like BPOs and call centres.
Employers are bound by law to provide a safe working environment for their employees, to minimize the risks of accidents or injuries. This is one of the most common reasons for drug testing in the workplace. Employers understand that drug abuse may alter reasoning and logical abilities, thereby causing unnecessary and preventable workplace accidents.

We recognize each company has unique drug testing requirements and we can customize each program to fit those needs.

Food handlers package

Food safety is an increasingly important public health issue. Governments all over the world are intensifying their efforts to improve food safety.
It can be difficult to assess the risk posed by food handlers infected with potentially foodborne infectious diseases as they are often the victims of, rather than the source of, an outbreak. Nevertheless, food handlers infected with certain pathogens who in some instances may not even be symptomatic - can and do pose a risk to food safety.
All food business operators are responsible for managing food safety risks in order to protect consumers. Issues such as food handler health screening, assessment of fitness to work and the application of work exclusion criteria are comprehensively carried out to minimize any kind of potential threat of outbreaks of foodborne disease.
